PLD3200 concrete batching machine
The PLD series concrete batching machine represents cutting-edge automatic batching equipment designed to operate alongside mixers. It enables precise batching of 3-6 different materials such as sand, stone, and cement, following user-defined concrete proportions.
Adhering to the technical standards specified in GB10172 for Concrete Mixing Plant batching systems, this machine employs electronic weighing, microcomputer control, digital display, and wired remote operation. These features ensure precise weighing, high batching accuracy, swift operation, and robust control functionalities. Its user-friendly interface simplifies operation to pressing a key for each step.
When paired with a corresponding concrete mixer, this series allows for versatile configurations of mixing plants with various types and specifications. Remarkably, it achieves this at a significantly lower cost (approximately 1/2 - 1/3) compared to standard mixing plants of similar capacities. Furthermore, its mobility facilitates easy on-site installation, making it an ideal choice for efficiently producing high-quality concrete.
